7 Minute Full Body Cool Down After a Workout

Do you cool down after your workout?

As soon as you finish your workout, it's crucial to do some cool-down exercises for at least 5 to 10 minutes, as cool down allows your heart rate and breathing to go back to normal.

When we exercise, our body creates lactic acid ( you know that burning sensation in your last reps? that's the lactic acid).

Stretching or cooling down cuts the lactic acid production helps remove it from your system.
