There are moments when life feels overloaded with projects, unfinished tasks, changes, unexpected situations, and in the middle of all that, the body starts to tense up without us even noticing.
The mind speeds up, overthinks everything, and the body absorbs it all. And it’s usually in those moments when we need a pause the most, that we forget to give ourselves even a little bit of time.
I’ve learned to use movement as a way to pause my mind, set my to‑dos aside for a moment, and give myself a small space to breathe.
