Do you stretch every day?
It is important and good for your body to do regular stretches. Stretching for 5 to 10 minutes a day can increase the range of motion in your joints, improves your posture, blood circulation, helps relieves stress and sore muscles.
Not to mention stretching every day, helps you maintain your flexibility.
What type of stretches should I do?
While is important to do it every day, it is also important to change the main focus of your stretches.
You can do an intense stretch focusing on flexibility, and, other days you can do a short more relax stretching routine focusing on mobility.
What are some of the benefits of stretching every day?
