Quick Neck and Shoulder stretching routine



Today I've got another video with a killer stretching routine for you. It's short and sweet, so there's no excuse not to squeeze it in at any time of the day.

In fact, you can throw it in during a work break, especially if you're glued to a desk for hours and you tend to have bad posture.

These quick exercises will help you release all that stress and relieve the pain on your upper back caused by the bad posture and eventually correct the posture overtime. 

This time, we're focusing on the neck and shoulders, those areas that tend to hoard stress and tension. But don't worry, these exercises are very easy to do, you do not need any special equipment to do them and you can even do them seated or standing up. 

This routine is not an intense flexibility routine, so you don’t have to worry about doing a proper warm up before. But, keep in mind that just like any other stretch or exercise you do need to maintain a proper technique and do the exercise slowly to avoid any injury.
