Upper Body Cool Down Stretch After Workout



Did you know that working out your upper body contributes to a faster metabolism?

The upper part of our body carries the most tension, not just while exercising but through everyday stress.

Today's workout routine is for the upper body, as a  cool-down after a workout routine. 

Remember to stretch after you are done with your workout routines to avoid injuries. 

This is an 8 min workout with stretching exercises for the neck, shoulder, arms, back, and core. 

You will need a chair for one of the exercises but, if you do not have one you can also use the wall. 





Some helpful tips for when you are stretching:


  • Always focus on your breathing. 
  • Always deep inhale through your nose and exhale through your mouth.
  • Keep your core engaged and your back straight this will help with the posture. 
  • Always go as far as you can, don't try to push too hard to avoid injuries.
