In this 10‑minute practice, we move through a progressive sequence: beginning with a warm‑up to prepare your muscles and joints, moving into deeper stretches to open the legs and hips, and ending with a soft moment of relaxation to release any remaining tension.
It’s a practice that works for any level, but it does include some intense moments —especially when we explore deeper hip openers and leg stretches.
There’s even a progression toward the split, so you can explore your range of motion with intention and without forcing your body.
The goal isn’t to reach a perfect posture. It’s to feel your body, breathe through the sensations, and move at your own pace.
