Challenge your Flexibility: Advance Stretching Routine



Welcome to a new stretching routine. Today we’re going to be focusing on improving the flexibility of our lower body, mainly legs and hips. We’re going to start with some basic exercises and gradually increase the intensity of the stretch, to more complex exercises. Remember that you do not need to force too much your body at the beginning, as the first couple exercises work as a small warmup. Let’s begin!
