Today's routine is a full-body warm-up; we will be doing exercises from the neck to the feet.
Warming up is the act of preparing the body by raising the heart rate for the exercise demand that you are about to perform with your exercise routine.
It is an 8-minute routine; in which we will prepare the joints and different muscles of the body to perform the workout of the day, helping us to avoid injuries.
You can perform this routine every day no matter what muscle group you are going to work with.
You can even do it as an active recovery exercise to help you activate the body a little without demanding too much.
You can also perform these exercises before a more specific warm-up depending on the muscle groups you train that day.
Some helpful tips:
- Try to do the exercises as slowly as possible, without rushing.
- Concentrate on your breathing.
- Keep your core engaged at all times.
