8 min. Easy Full body Active Recovery Workout




Today I have a new workout routine for you guys; this workout is relatively quick, only 8 minutes long.

It is an easy routine designed for your recovery days, which means we won't do an intense workout; we will only do this 8-minute routine and maybe some stretching.

This kind of exercise will help us stay active, but it won't demand much from the body. 

It helps to get a faster muscle recovery and will help avoid or reduce sore muscles.

For this workout, we are going to do some stability and mobility exercises. 

Stability exercises are just to help you work on your balance, usually done on an unstable surface.

These types of exercises are important they help to improve the reaction of our body, improve our performance in workouts as well as posture and technique, and avoid injuries.

For this workout, we are going to do each exercise for 30 seconds.

You do not need to rest in between exercises, but if you feel like it, you can rest for about 10 to 15 seconds in between.

You do not require any specific equipment to do this routine, but if you want to, you can use a stability ball or disc to make it more challenging.
